Our Qualifications
Michael J. Maloney is Founder and President of a large residential appraisal firm located in Syosset on the North Shore of Long Island. He has a degree in Finance from the University of South Florida (Tampa). He has achieved the highest ranking residential designation (SRA) from the appraisal institute in Chicago and maintains his membership and continuing education with the institute. His company was formed in 1990 in Brooklyn where he has extensive knowledge of the block to block changes that are present within the N.Y.C. Market.
 The firm consists residential appraisers who have extensive knowledge and experience in their areas. Most appraisers grew up or live in the areas they appraise. We have a large presence in the Manhattan Coop, Condo and Townhouse Market. Our firm is constantly called upon for large luxury properties by high profile cliental and private banking customers. We are considered by many leaders in the N.Y.C. coop, condo market. Our back office consists of staff administrative, review, secretarial and accounting personnel. Our staff works diligently to make sure your needs as a client are reached in a quick, smooth and competent manner.
